Job Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be responsible for:

Preparing & maintaining daily downtime reports acquired from NMS.
Coordinating with service providers & internal teams for deployment and relocation of network links.
Providing 24-hour network health surveillance and alarm reporting.
Monitoring network using surveillance software.
Reviewing and clearing up the ticket queue.
Troubleshooting and resolving network issues.
Carrier route testing.
Analyzing customer QoS and RCA events.
Troubleshooting routers and switches to minimize downtime.
Configuring network devices (routers & switches).
Managing NMS Solar Winds (Nodes addition/modification/maintenance).

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (HEC recognized university).
Experience: Up to 02 years of relevant experience in banking or non-banking sector.
Age Limit: Maximum 55 Years (as of 04 September 2025).
